Your hand becomes your army
Of Dice and Minions is a dice-rolling auto battler roguelite. Each of your five dice is a minion type; the higher you roll, the more of that minion spawn. Roll, hold and reroll to decide which dice deploy and what bonus your poker hand adds. Your minions then battle on their own.
Recruit and upgrade minions between runs. In the dungeon, jackpot reels, mimic heists, treasure chests, and relics can change what happens next.
One hundred floors, ten zones
There is a boss every tenth floor, and the bosses roll their own dice for reinforcements. New story scenes between boss floors follow Bob, a reluctant blacksmith drafted into the dungeon, while his kids Pip and Poke wait at home.
The pixel-art game is built in Godot by Foorbytes, a one-person studio. The story is part of the full game. The demo covers the tutorial and the first 20 floors, and it is out now on Steam.
