Introducing Foorbytes’ second game
Of Dice and Minions.
Five dice. One very bad idea.
The next game from the creator of Bad Credit? No Problem! trades title loans for dungeon monsters. A demo is expected soon.

Your next army fits in the palm of your hand. Whether it survives the next floor is another matter.
Foorbytes is introducing Of Dice and Minions, a dice-driven roguelite autobattler where the hand you roll becomes the army you send into battle. It is the second game from the one-person studio behind Bad Credit? No Problem!—a new setting, a new kind of trouble, and the same appetite for unusual decisions.
A playable demo is expected soon. The full game is planned to arrive on Steam, including Steam Deck, first, followed by iOS, with Android coming later.
Roll the army.
Own the consequences.
Five dice. Five minion assignments. Up to three rolls. Hold the dice you want, reroll the rest, and decide when your hand is worth committing.
A pair might be enough. A full house might be worth chasing. A five of a kind can turn a quiet moment into a small pixel-art riot. Only the dice that belong to your final hand deploy, so the minions you bring matter just as much as the numbers you roll.
Once you commit, your formation takes over. Tanks hold the front, ranged units fire from behind, and the result of your decisions plays out in real time. You choose the army. The army gets its hands dirty.

A better roster. A worse neighborhood.
Recruit heroes, monsters, and a few questionable colleagues. Shape your five-die lineup, earn upgrades during a run, and bring unspent Gold home for new recruits and permanent improvements. A failed descent can still leave you with a better plan for the next one.
The aim is a game that is quick to understand and gives you reasons to reconsider your favorites: a dependable tank, an unexpected ranged pick, or a combination that suddenly makes a difficult fight click. Luck opens the door. Your roster has to walk through it.
100 floors.
Plenty of bad company.
The full game’s Dungeon spans 100 Story floors, with a boss every ten floors and an Endless descent beyond. Returning enemies join new threats as the scenery changes, and bosses bring tricks of their own.
There are reasons to pause between fights, too: dice minigames, memory challenges, treasure, and Camp visits where you can rest or rethink your deployment. The next encounter might test your army, your memory, or your willingness to spend the Gold you were saving.

Trailer and gameplay images show a game in development.
What to expect next
A demo is expected soon, giving players an early chance to get their hands on the dice. Demo timing and contents will be announced as it gets closer.
The goal for this next stage is simple: satisfying rolls, readable battles, interesting recruits, and a dungeon that keeps giving you a reason to see the next floor. The demo will be a first look at a game still taking shape, with more polish and refinement ahead of the full release.
The planned launch order is Steam and Steam Deck first, iOS next, and Android later. Specific release dates will follow when they are ready to announce. For now, the Steam page is live and wishlists are open.
Small studio. Second big adventure.
Foorbytes is Rob’s one-person indie studio, making offbeat games around choices that look simple until you have to make them. Its first game, Bad Credit? No Problem!, put you behind a title-loan desk. Its second puts an army behind your dice.
The paperwork is gone. The questionable judgment remains.
